This research is based on the effect of workplace discrimination on employee engagement. As it provide vast information about the research topic and also help researcher in attaining set outcomes. As an investigator, I am glad to get opportunity to perform research activities. In this, I used various suitable methods and instruments to gather reliable information towards the research topic. With the help of this research, I improve my skills and experience about how to collect valid information and how to take right decision. In this research, I used primary and secondary method as it helped me in collecting authentic and depth information. Mainly, I also prepared questionnaire as it is one of the effective instrument of primary method that includes various close-ended questions asked from selected participant to understand their view point. Along with this, I also face various issues while performing research activities such as lack of time, cost and behaviour of selected respondents. All these are directly impact over the end result of research. For resolving this, I used Gantt chart that consist all the necessary activities along with time frame. This helped me in managing all the issues in an effective manner.
Apart from this, as a alternative method interview is a best option that support in attaining relevant data on the basis of selected research topic. By using this technique, researcher easily understand respondents view point towards the topic that assist in improving the possibilities of attaining positive outcomes. This will contributes in making overall research more successful.

This type of issue occur when employer treat their employees unequally from other. It can be includes different types such as age, disability, gender inequality, race and so on.
